The low end of a range is the fee for a straightforward case. Your fee can be higher, depending on the tooth, the materials and what the exam finds.

What decides where in a range your fee falls

  • Which tooth, and how much of it needs treatment.
  • How many surfaces or visits the treatment takes.
  • The materials chosen, where there is a choice.
  • Findings from your exam and X-rays, which can change the treatment that is recommended.
  • Anything listed under "Does not include", which is quoted separately.

Brazos Street membership plan

USD 29a month, USD 348 if kept for all 12 months

The practice's own in-house plan for one person. It is not insurance. Known fees are 15% lower for members, rounded to the nearest USD 10.

  • Two routine visits within the 12 months, if clinically appropriate.
  • Emergency visits are discounted, not included.
  • Gum care is quoted separately; no automatic discount on an unknown fee.
  • Not combined with insurance. Manual renewal only.
  • No child, family or periodontal tier is offered in this example.

Fictional policy: contact the front desk to cancel future months; benefits end with the last paid month. A routine visit is an exam, a routine cleaning and the standard X-rays your dentist says you need.
