Illustrative assumptions for October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027. One person pays USD 29 a month, or USD 348 if kept for all 12 months. Two routine visits are included when clinically appropriate and entitlement remains. No child, family or gum-disease tier is offered.

Other numbered treatment fees receive 15% off both ends, each rounded to the nearest USD 10 before adding them. Emergency exams are discounted, not included. Gum care and other unknown fees are quoted separately. The member price applies to any payment method the practice accepts.

Renewal at 12 months is manual. Contact the front desk to cancel future months. Benefits end at the end of the last paid month. Used benefits are not repriced. Unused whole prepaid months are refunded; partial months are not. USD 348 is a full-year scenario, not a noncancelable debt.

Compare the written terms
An in-house membership works at the issuing practice. Insurance depends on an exact contract, network, exclusions and limits. A third-party savings plan gives participating-provider discounts and is not insurance. Brazos does not claim participation in one. This site calculates no best plan or guaranteed savings.
